Henri Landier learnt lithography art , in the strict respect
of the XIX th century tradition, conducted by the Master lithographer Marcel
Manequin. All of his lithographies are stone engraved; each printing is drawn
by himself on his arm-press, and the slightest characteristic was wanted,
approved by the work master .
So the artist certifies in his daily practice, of a conscience and a freedom
whih are become rare..
Henri Landier offers us a new vision of Provence...
Some of his works are a challenge as "The violet almond-tree", traditional
theme of tree, but that a painful shiver and timeless tints throw to the glance
as a call.
